Our precision components provide safe, clean and leak‑free dispensing from syringe barrels. These industrial‑grade manual syringe assemblies are suitable for low‑volume applications, pre‑mixed materials, repair work, re‑work and field‑based dispensing.

Each hand syringe assembly is made from a non‑sterile polypropylene barrel, a polyethylene plunger rod and a rubber wiper piston. These syringes are designed for industrial use and are not suitable for use on people or animals.

This is our unmarked range with no graduation markings. Barrel sizes available: 1cc, 2cc, 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 20cc, 30cc, 50cc, 60cc and 100cc. Choose between luer lock (twist‑on) or luer slip (push‑on) tip attachment designs.

Selected sizes are available with black or amber barrels for use with light‑sensitive or UV‑curing adhesives.

All manual syringes are shipped pre‑assembled with the piston attached to the plunger rod and inserted into the barrel body. Compatible with our full range of luer lock dispensing tips and tip cap seals. Each pack is sealed and labelled with batch code for traceability.
