Two Component Cartridges
Dual cartridges allow a two-part materials such as epoxies, resins, PUs, potting compounds and doming resins to be mixed and dispensed evenly without mess. In sizes 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 400ml or 600ml with mix ratio's of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 or 10:1. For use with manual, air-powered or electric dispensing guns. Used with static mixer nozzles. Made from high density materials which are safe for use under pressure.

Static mixer nozzles for use with 50ml/75/100ml dual cartridges, 200ml/400ml and 600ml dual cartridges as well as for high pressure metering and mixing machines. We stock most mixer types including bayonet style, bell mouth style and newer dual hole B and F system types. Select from nozzles designed for use with either 1:1/2:1 ratio or with 4:1/10:1 ratio dual component cartridges.

Luer lock adapters and retaining nuts for use with static mixer nozzles. Use luer adapters on the end of stepped mix nozzles to attach any luer locking precision dispensing tip. Provides a higher level of control and precision for dispensing. Available for different diameter mixers. Lock nuts are used with 200ml, 400ml, 600ml & 1500ml cartridges. All parts are industrial grade and certified silicone-free.

Two Component Dual Cartridges and Mixer Nozzles

A range of static mixing nozzles provide sizes based upon the number of elements in the nozzle, which can range from 07 to 56, the number of elements are determined by the material manufacturer. Static mixers are used with dual cartridges, as well as piston pump and gear pump machines. All items are silicone-free and industrial grade.

Bayonet cartridge mixers "A System".  Bayonet attachment, helical or square static mixer for 50ml, 75ml and 100ml size cartridges.  Stepped outlet that can be cut back to increase orifice size and increase flow rates or luer outlet for use with precision tips.  They have white or green elements for 1:1 or 2:1 ratio cartridges or orange elements for 4:1 or 10:1 ratio cartridges.  Constructed of high grade polypropylene. These are high quality mixer nozzles for use with dual cartridges.  

Dual hole cartridge mixers "B System".  Separate holes with cap, helical or square static mixer for 25ml, 50ml and 75ml size cartridges.  Stepped outlet that can be cut back to increase orifice size and increase flow rates or luer outlet for use with precision tips.  They have white, green or orange elements and are constructed of high grade polypropylene. High quality mixer nozzles for use with dual cartridges. 

Bell inlet helical cartridge mixers “C System”.  Bell mouth inlet, helical static mixer for 200ml, 400ml and 600ml size cartridges.  Stepped outlet that can be cut back to increase orifice size and increase flow or luer outlet for use with precision tips. They have white, green or orange elements and are constructed of high grade polypropylene. High quality mixer nozzles for use with dual cartridges. All MC mixers have a 16.7mm diameter housing.

Dual hole helical cartridge mixers “F System”.  Separate holes with cap, helical static mixer for 200ml and 400ml cartridges.  Stepped outlet that can be cut back to increase orifice size and increase flow rates or luer outlet for use with precision tips.  They have white, green or orange elements and are constructed of high grade polypropylene. High quality mixer nozzles for use with dual cartridges. 

Bell inlet helical cartridge mixers “MS System”.  Bell mouth inlet, helical static mixer for high pressure metering, mixing and dispensing machines using a 16.7mm housing. Stepped outlet as standard, open outlet for faster flow. Constructed of high grade polypropylene. MS mixers have yellow elements.

Bell inlet helical cartridge mixers “MR System”.  Bell mouth inlet, helical rotary static mixer for metering, mixing and dispensing machines using a 16.7mm housing. Stepped outlet as standard. Constructed of high grade polypropylene. MR mixers have green elements and improve dispensing low viscosity reactive resins.

Bell inlet helical cartridge mixers “ME System”.  Bell mouth inlet, helical static mixer for high pressure metering, mixing and dispensing machines using a 15.9mm housing.  Stepped outlet as standard, open outlet for faster flow. ME mixers have blue elements and are constructed of high grade polypropylene.
