TSI 400 Series Components


Our industrial syringe barrel components provide safe and leak free fluid dispensing of adhesives, epoxies, gels, solvents, glues and inks. They are industrial grade safe products for use with air-powered dispensers, syringe guns or as manual hand assemblies.

400 series syringe barrel components can be used with pneumatic dispensers or as part of a manual hand assembly (using rubber piston and plastic plunger push rod). These are available in sizes 1cc, 3cc, 6cc, 10cc, 35cc or 60cc. When using a pneumatic dispenser with 400 series barrels - order an adapter assembly to suit the size barrel. These products are now available in natural colour (clear) only.
Barrels in sizes 1cc, 3cc, 6cc, 10cc, 35cc or 60cc. Luer lock, clear polypro.
Pistons for sizes 1cc, 3cc, 6cc, 10cc, 35cc or 60cc. Rubber or plastic.
Adapter Assemblies for sizes 1cc, 3cc, 6cc, 10cc, 35cc or 60cc. 3ft or 6ft long airline hoses.
Caps for all size barrels to seal the tip end and prevent leaks.
Items ship in sealed and labelled boxes. Each product group includes a range accessories and spares. For example - syringe barrels have choices for pistons, adapter hoses, syringe caps, etc.
