Manual 10cc syringe gun full kit for hand application of UV cure adhesives

A 10cc Syringe Gun dispenser with black opaque barrels and accessories for dispensing UV cure adhesives.

Our Syringe Gun dispensers are designed for the controlled application of pastes, gels, adhesives and fluids. A cost effective quality made syringe dispensing gun using standard 10cc/ 10ml size industrial syringe barrels. Ideal for remote dispensing, low volume production, re-work or repair work.

Syringe Guns offer a low cost dispensing solution for most medium to high viscosity pastes, gels, silicones, greases and other liquids. A portable and lightweight manual dispenser for applying most fluids. A 7:1 ratio leverage for effortless trigger movement. The rod moves 3mm (1/8") once pressed to provide repeat deposits without drips or ooze.

Push the button to release plunger rod. Simple bayonet twist on/ twist off barrel attachment. This kit is set up for dispensing UV cure adhesives and includes black UV syringe barrels and UV block tips to prevent the adhesive from the affects of UV light. Each Syringe Gun kit includes the 10ml manual hand gun, (50) 10ml black dispensing reservoir with 10ml pistons, (50) storage end caps, (50) tip caps, (100) assorted dispensing tips .

Barrels are attached to the syringe gun using wide flanges. This ensures the barrel does not break under constant use or hand pressure. This product is shipped with the following:

50 x 10cc black barrel (part code AD910-B)
50 x 10cc wiper piston (part code AD910-WW)
50 x 10cc orange end cap (part code AD910-ECO)
50 x black tip cap (part code AD900-ORTC)
100 x various size dispense tips (all suitable for UV adhesives)

Order part code AD710SG if a gun is required without the kit. Do not use this product with Cyanoacrylate adhesives, rapid cure two-component epoxies or aggressive solvents. Suitable materials proven to work with this gun include UV adhesive, solder pastes, solder fluxes, PVA glues, RTV's, silicones, sealants, greases, SMT adhesives, pre-mixed and frozen epoxies, single part epoxies, gels, adhesives, primers, inks and other assembly fluids.
