Used with 50ml 10:1 ratio B or S System type dual cartridges. Slide the cartridge into the retainer. Rods move down the cartridge each time the foot pedal is pressed to deliver repeat deposits. The simplified construction and operation makes it easy for even someone that has never used a dispenser before. The unit comes with two modes; manual or pre-set timer. Manual mode keeps dispensing the material whilst the foot pedal is depressed.
This kit is supplied with the aluminium 50ml 10:1 pneumatic cartridge retainer and air cap with airline hose to attach directly to the dispensing unit. So dispensing direct from filled epoxy tubes is simple. Set the air pressure, the timer and go. Or switch off the timer for making lines and beads. We also include samples of the compatible mixer nozzles MBQX 05-16L and MBQX 05-24L in with the kit.

Dispensers require clean and dry compressed air from most small compressors, mains factory air supply or nitrogen. We recommend the use of a 5 micron air filter (part TSD800-6EL) on the supply air into the dispenser if your air supply is oiled or contains moisture. This will reduce oil, moisture and particles from the air supply.
