Floor mounted, air-powered dispensers for adhesive and paste application. Featuring adjustable 0-100 psi air regulator to set flow rates. Three way air valve for quick shut-off prevents fluid oozing when pedal is released. Operator controls deposit output. Suited to controlled dispensing of most medium to high viscosity fluids, sealants, RTV, grease, gels, epoxies, mastics, pastes & potting compounds. No timer on these models.
Air-powered timed dispensers to make repeat deposits of watery liquids to thick pastes. Adjust the air pressure to set the flow rate and fluid viscosity, set the timer from small spot to larger shot. Use vacuum suckback for watery liquids. Press the foot switch to activate, hold the barrel like a pen. Fast shots with no mess, waste or adhesive fumes. Dispense adhesives, sealants, pastes & glues. Timer is a simple analog knob.
Air-powered digital timed dispensers to make exact repeat deposits of watery liquids to thick pastes. Adjust the air pressure to set the flow rate and fluid viscosity, set timer from micro dots to large shots. Vacuum suckback for watery liquids. Advanced features such as teach mode, timer memories, shot counters, self repeat timers and more. Dispense adhesives, sealants, pastes & glues rapidly & easily. Digital display timers.
Peristaltic pump dispensers transfer low viscosity liquids by pressure displacement applied by a turning rotor against a PTFE tube carrying the material. Usually these pumps are selected because the liquids might be hazardous or difficult to work with where it is preferable to limit any operator exposure such as Cyanoacrylates. Another reason is that peristaltic pumps are completely air free.
Digital controllers operate all dispense valves to provide repeat deposits whether by foot pedal manual control or externally linked to a PLC or robot. The valve connects to the controller so it can be pulsed to make dots, beads, potting or spraying. The TS500R controls all valves including air operated, spray and motor driven auger valves. The TS250 and TS350 control all air operated valves but not spray or electric valves.
Full range of accessories and add-ons for all fluid dispensing systems. Includes electric finger switches, foot switches, airline hose kits, pick and place tools, bench stands, bench syringe racks, air filters and regulators, in-line filter traps, mounting rods and much more. Products used to improve the dispensing station area. For use with dispensers, metering valves and syringe filling stations.
A range of spare parts for use with pneumatic dispensers. Springs, fittings, solenoids, vacuum assemblies, air hoses, housings, pistons, etc. Keep vital dispensers running in good condition with genuine branded spares. Please note some spares are not held in stock and approximate lead times are shown. Please contact us if a specific part is required for your dispenser. All spares are supplied in sealed packs with batch codes.
Timed Dispensers
Air-powered dispensers for applying controlled deposits of liquids and pastes. Manual dispensers are non-timed, for making beads. Analog timed dispensers use a basic adjustable timer knob. Digital dispensers add a more accurate timer with LCD display. Air-free dispensers to apply dots and beads of Cyanoacrylate adhesives. The digital timed controllers operate all metering valves. And a range of useful accessories to improve any application.

Precision dispensing systems make it easy to apply accurate and repeat amounts of liquids, adhesives, pastes, gels, epoxies, sealants, greases, lubricants, inks, paints and primers. By using timers, fluids are applied without costly mess, waste or inconsistency. Simple to apply thick pastes without strain or fatigue to hands. Timed dispensers reduce the amount of adhesive used by applying a precise and repeatable deposit each time. Reduce assembly time by eliminating guesswork.
Savings in assembly time can be achieved using timed dispensers when compared to manual methods. By setting a timed deposit of liquid; waste and material mess can be reduced. Compared to squeeze tubes, toothpicks, swabs and scrapers, controlled dispensing will always be a cost effective investment.
Adhesive Dispensing Ltd provide a wide range of equipment options for dispensing almost all assembly fluids - from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators through to thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.
