TE Series Bend Luer Lock Dispensing Tips

Techcon TE series premium angled dispensing tips are designed to work with all dispensing equipment - either manually, on a pneumatic dispenser, with metering valves or XYZ robots. The TE series dispensing tips are certified silicone and chloride free and are safe to use to 100 PSI. High performance tips suitable for dispensing most fluids, pastes, adhesives, lubricants and solvent based liquids. These tips are 45° or 90° bend which are suitable for applying fluids in more diffcult to reach places.

The TE series tip range features a tapered internal design where the stainless steel tube meets the inside of the polypropylene hub to improve material flow and reduce restriction and back pressure. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids and pastes. The tube does not protrude up into the hub which will guarantee easy flow.

TE series dispensing components ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity. Angled TE series tips are in gauge sizes from 14 to 34 (1.60mm ID to 0.15mm ID) and in tube lengths of 0.50" (12.70mm) or 1.5" (38.1mm). The tips use the industry standard colour coding for easy identification. Hubs have a UV filter to reduce the affects of light. 

TE series angled blunt tips are supplied in sealed boxes of 50 for easy stacking. All products are held in stock for very fast delivery. Boxes are labelled with batch codes for traceability.
