Syringe Fillers

Simple pneumatic systems for the efficient transfer of materials from cartridge reservoirs into syringe barrels. The filling is through the tip end of the syringe barrel which reduces air entrapment, eliminates mess, reduces fumes and material waste.

Some systems include an adjustable stand to hold the cartridges which is positioned on the workbench.  Systems include the metal retainer, air cap, airline hose, cartridge, plunger, filling adapter and syringe kit as well as a regulator with 5 micron filter.

Automatic systems include a 0-100 psi dispenser (such as the TS250 shown in the video) or the TS9150 to provide a controlled air cycle for repeat volume filling of syringe barrels each time. This allows the user to set a timer for each barrel and a single press of the dispenser foot pedal will ensure the same volume of material to the syringe barrel. All products are CE approved.
