Standard Cartridges
Disposable plastic cartridges are available in 2.5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20, 32 oz. (approximate metric value 75, 177, 237 355, 591, 960cc) and 1/10th gallon (310ml) capacities. In high-density (HDPE) or low density polyethylene (LDPE), all sizes are fit with 1/4" NPT (6mm) female thread dispensing orifice. Supplied in sealed packs. Natural colour or other colours available.
The cartridges are capable of handling a wide variety of chemical fluids for storage and dispensing and can be easily adapted to both pneumatic and manual application systems. Cartridges are commonly used in single component or pre-mixed and frozen applications with polysulphides, solder pastes, adhesives, epoxies, urethanes, greases, acrylics, etc.
Plungers provide a wiping action inside the cartridge to ensure all materials are dispensed without waste. They also create a barrier for all fluids and pastes to reduce fumes. Caps are used both ends of the cartridge to provide an air tight and leak free seal. Ideal for when filling or once filled and being shipped.
