A piston moves forward to allow fluid to flow and shuts off against the flow to create a snuff-back. Mini spool valve for most applications and spool valve for high pressures.

Ensure that the spool valve or mini spool valve are maintained or repaired to continue longer operational life and consistent dispensing. Spool Valves
High precision valves for handling pastes, gels, silicones, sealants, RTVs and greases. For a direct material feed from pressurised cartridges or pail pumps. Spool valves feature a piston reverse mode to when shutting off to provide a suck-back of materials eliminating drips. Use these valves with our standard pneumatic timed controllers.The valve is designed to be opened by air pressure and closed by a return spring (single acting). A port is provided so that the valve may be connected for air closing without the spring (double acting). We provide a wide range of equipment options for dispensing almost all assembly fluids - from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators through to thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.
