Spool Valves & Controllers

High precision valves for handling pastes, gels, silicones, sealants, RTVs and greases. For a direct material feed from pressurised cartridges or pail pumps. Spool valves feature a piston reverse mode to when shutting off to provide a suck-back of materials eliminating drips. Use these valves with our standard pneumatic timed controllers.

The valve is designed to be opened by air pressure and closed by a return spring (single acting). A port is provided so that the valve may be connected for air closing without the spring (double acting). We provide a wide range of equipment options for dispensing almost all assembly fluids - from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators through to thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.
