Very high impact black rubber toughened very high viscosity resists shocks and high impacts. Ethyl. 3500 cps. 50 or 500 gram.

GB80HV is a toughened cyano glue cyanoacrylate / flexible cyano impact resistant superglue adhesive. It is super resistant to high shocks and impact forces so ideal for metal, plastics, stone, leather, composites, etc. Very high viscosity grade.

It remains flexible also ideal for use on flexible materials such as rubber seals, textiles, leather, grp, etc. It is ideal for plastic or metal car trim repairs. Suitable for industrial, DIY, hobby and modelling applications that need super strength, metals, glass, stone, statues, marble, miniature engines, model rc car tyres to rims and plastic repairs to grp, composites and plastics. Extra high strength on all materials.

Sticks anything a standard industrial Cyanoacrylate will stick ! The colour of this grade is black. Supplied in a bottle with non-clogging nozzle & tip. GB80HV has a cure time of about 10 to 90 seconds. It is ideal for extra strong structural bonds to metals, plastics, composites, etc. Unlike a standard superglue type adhesive, this grade absorbs the knocks and bangs so that the parts stay bonded. Good bonds on plastics such as ABS or PVC. Ideal for body panels / bumpers, etc. Ideal for snooker / pool / billiard cues and fishing rod grp or carbon repairs but will bond almost any material as well.

This adhesive can be applied using our syringe barrel dispensers or direct from the larger bottles using our diaphragm valves, controller and pressure pot. All items are shipped with TDS and MSDS.

GB80HV is used in a wide cross section of industrial applications including automotive, white goods and furniture manufacturing. Typical examples include bonding centre consoles, dashboards and weather stripping. Bonding identification tags to equipment. Bonding rubber pads to equipment base or legs.
