Auger valves are motor driven for use with solder pastes, fluxes, SMT adhesives, gels and high viscosity materials. Material is fed under light pressure from a syringe barrel or cartridge. The motor drive auger screw feeds the material out under a consistent rate and flow. These are positive displacement - not relying on time/ pressure. Highest levels of accuracy achieved.

TS8100 positive displacement pumps are volumetric valves based on progressive cavity (PC) tech. For dispensing a wide range, from low viscosity coatings to high viscosity greases. Uses a special stator & rotor design for consistent dispensing output. The turning rotor moves fluid in tightly sealed cavities through stator fluid chambers to create a volumetric flow that does not change the shape or size of fluid.

Rotary Valves

Motor driven dispense valve for applying repeat dots, controlled beads or potting of most adhesives and liquids including solder pastes. Includes DMP version that uses a disposable material path (DMP) to eliminate any cleanup or maintenance. Valves operate from a digital controller with fluid feed from a pressurised syringe barrel, cartridge or tank.

Rotary valves use a rotary feed screw (auger) to dispense fluid with a positive displacement action, allowing for ultra-precise control of the dispensing process. The unique design ensures that material is constantly present at the feed screw inlet, while the controlled rotation of the feed screw moves the material from the feed to the discharge point. Discrete control of the forward and reverse rotations of the feed screw controls the amount of material discharged.

Suited to dispensing solder pastes, die attach, SMT adhesives, thermal compounds, pre-mixed and frozen epoxies, chip encapsulation and dam writing.
