Assembly includes polypro clear barrel, wiper piston, threaded air cap assembly and 5ft long airline hose with quick connect. Easy attachment to any pneumatic dispenser. High density polypropylene material. Silicone-free dispensing materials. Industrial grade safe to 100 psi.

Our industrial syringe barrel components provide safe and leak free fluid dispensing of adhesives, epoxies, gels, solvents, glues and inks. They are industrial grade safe products for use with air-powered dispensers at high pressures.

ADV series syringe barrel components are compatible with most air powered dispensers & syringe guns. These premium grade barrels can handle dispensing most fluids from watery thin liquids to thick heavy pastes. In barrel sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc, 55cc and in colours natural (clear) and amber (UV tint). Rounded outlet design reduces pressure and removes trapped air. Air-powered barrels are safe to 100 psi and are certified silicone free plastics. 

Traditional syringe barrel components are compatible with most air powered dispensers & syringe guns. These high quality barrels can handle dispensing most fluids from watery thin liquids to thick heavy pastes. In barrel sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc, 55cc and in colours natural (clear), amber (UV tint) and black (UV block). Air-powered barrels are safe to 100 PSI and are certified silicone free plastics. 

400 series syringe barrel components can be used with pneumatic dispensers and have the option of rubber pistons or plastic pistons. This range is available in sizes 1cc, 3cc, 6cc, 10cc, 35cc or 60cc. When using a pneumatic dispenser with 400 series barrels - order an adapter assembly to suit the size barrel as it uses a threaded locking cap. These products are available in natural colour (clear) only.
XL series big barrel syringe barrel components can be used with pneumatic dispensers only. These are available in sizes 100cc, 200cc, 300cc and 500cc. A 5ft long adapter assembly hose and threaded air cap is included with each size barrel ready to connect to any dispenser. Use these products for larger volume air-powered dispensing of most fluids. Each barrel features a luer lock outlet to accept all standard dispensing tips and luer fittings.
Items ship from stock and are supplied in sealed and labelled boxes. Each product group includes a range accessories and spares. For example - syringe barrels have choices for pistons, adapter hoses, syringe caps, etc.
