The Fisnar DC100 MAX Benchtop Digital Liquid Dispensing Controller is a versatile, high precision dispenser suitable for a wide variety of critical dispensing applications; from microdot deposits, lines, to potting and encapsulation. The advanced user-friendly dispense software features a wide range of intelligent functions, allowing the user to maximise the accuracy, control, and monitoring of their application. It offers five dispensing modes to deliver a high level of control over your dispensing.
Up to 16 programs can be saved to the system’s in-built memory for a repeatable process. Once programmes are setup they can be locked to allow operators to use the DC100 MAX without fear of mistakenly modifying programs. For increased process uniformity, alarms can be set to notify the operator when material life has ended or fluctuations in dispensing pressure have occurred. A rear I/O connection allows for easy integration into pre-existing manufacturing lines. The “Sequence” function enables the dispense time to be changed at pre-set time intervals or shots throughout the process. This ensures consistent dispense results are maintained that may have been affected by a fluctuation in fluid viscosity or a reduction in the syringe fluid level.
A new and improved FSX Syringe Barrel Stand is included with the DC100 MAX which gives the user better storage of the syringe barrel when not in use, preventing the dispense tip from foreign contaminants or accidental damage while also capturing any fluid that may drip. Built in purge trays allow for a small of fluid material to be purged into a clean and contained location when a new dispense tip is attached to the syringe barrel or when checking for correct fluid material flow.
A broad range of syringe barrels and dispensing tips is available to meet the requirements of your dispensed material and application. We offer dispensing component starter kits to get you off and running quickly.

The DC100 MAX digital liquid dispenser requires clean, dry compressed air for operation. It is recommended that factory air be supplied to the dispenser through a 5-micron filter/regulator. If no factory air is available, we are able to supply a range of low cost, very quiet compressors which are suitable.
Modes of Operation
Manual: The volume of fluid material dispensed is controlled by the amount of time that the foot pedal is pressed or external dispense signal activated
Teach: Every time that the foot pedal is pressed or external dispense signal activated, the dispense time will increase accumulatively until desired dispense time for the required application process is achieved. The collective time will then be automatically saved and stored when the mode is changed to “Timed”. This mode is particularly useful when carrying out a filling process
Timed: The volume of fluid material dispensed is controlled by the defined time set in the program, regardless of how long the foot pedal is pressed or external dispense signal activated
Time+: Allows the stored dispense time to be increased on the fly by a set additional amount without changing the original saved dispense time in the program. This mode is effective when dispensing fluid materials that increase in viscosity over time, allowing the dispense repeatability to be controlled over the longevity of the syringe barrel emptying
Cycle: Allows the machine to carry out a endless repeating cycle of dispense actuations according to the set wait/delay time. When foot pedal is pressed or external dispense signal is activated, the first dispense actuation will start. The dispense actuations will be repeated until the foot pedal is pressed or external dispense signal is activated again
Adhesive Dispensing Ltd provide a wide range of equipment options for dispensing almost all assembly fluids - from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators through to thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.
