Bayonet inlet, helical static mixer nozzle for 50ml and 75ml dual component cartridges. Stepped outlet that can be cut back to increase orifice size and increase flow rates. These mixer nozzles are suitable for all two-component materials. They have white elements and are constructed of high grade polypropylene. High quality mixer nozzles for use with twin cartridges.

Most suited to 1:1 50ml, 2:1 50ml, 1:1 75ml and 1:1 100ml A-System dual cartridges. All items are industrial grade safe and silicone free. 6.3mm ID x 17 mixing elements. In packs of 10, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1000 nozzles.

These bayonet style mixers are best used with 1:1 or 2:1 ratio 50ml dual cartridges. (Our part codes 451000 1:1 or 452013 2:1). The resin and catalyst are fed into the mixer from 2 separate outlets ensuring they only contact when in the nozzle. The nozzles have a tapered end for precision dispensing
