Bayonet inlet, helical static mixer nozzle for 50ml, 75ml and 100ml dual component A-series cartridges. Stepped outlet that can be cut back to increase orifice size and increase flow rates. These mixer nozzles are suitable for all two-component materials. They have white elements and are constructed of high grade polypropylene. High quality mixer nozzles for use with twin cartridges.

Most suited to 1:1 (Part # 451000) and 2:1 (Part # 452013) 50ml dual cartridges, 1:1 (Part # 475100) 75ml dual cartridges and 1:1 (Part # 100011) 100ml dual cartridges. All items are industrial grade safe and silicone free. 6.3mm ID x 12 mixing elements. In packs of 10, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1000 nozzles.

These bayonet style mixers are best used with 1:1 or 2:1 ratio 50ml dual cartridges. (Our part codes 451000 1:1 or 452013 2:1). The resin and catalyst are fed into the mixer from 2 separate outlets ensuring they only contact when in the nozzle. The nozzles have a tapered end for precision dispensing
