Static mixers are used for dispensing adhesives from two part 50ml, 75ml and 100ml size (dual) component cartridges. This mixer works with mix ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1. MAQ static mixers are also known as the green square Quadro type. This range of products is attached using a bayonet style connection. Static mixers are often referred to as nozzles. These products can be used with epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, doming resins and a variety of other adhesives and sealants.

For 1:1 (Part 451000) and 2:1 (Part 452013) 50ml dual cartridges, 1:1 (Part 475100) 75ml dual cartridges and 1:1 (Part 100011) 100ml dual cartridges. All items are industrial grade safe and silicone free. 5.3mm ID x 16 mixing elements. In packs of 50, 100, 250 or 500 nozzles.

These bayonet style mixers are suitable for use with 1:1 or 2:1 ratio 50ml dual cartridges, 1:1 ratio 75ml dual cartridges and 1:1 ratio 100ml dual cartridges. The nozzles have a luer slip end for precision dispensing or the simple push-on attachment of luer lock needle tips or tapered tips.
