Static mixers are used for dispensing adhesives from two part 50ml, 75ml and 100ml size (dual) component cartridges. Available ratios are 1:1 and 2:1. This range of products is attached using a bayonet style connection. These products can be used with epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, doming resins and a variety of other adhesives and sealants.  

Bayonet inlet, square static mixer nozzle. Slip outlet that can be used with luer lock dispense tips to adjust shot size. These mixer nozzles are suitable for all two-component materials. They have gold elements and are constructed of high grade polypropylene. High quality mixer nozzles for use with twin cartridges.

For 1:1 (Part 451000) and 2:1 (Part 452013) 50ml dual cartridges, 1:1 (Part 475100) 75ml dual cartridges and 1:1 (Part 100011) 100ml dual cartridges. All items are industrial grade safe and silicone free. 5.3mm ID x 16 mixing elements. In packs of 10, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1000 nozzles.
