MC static mixers are used for dispensing adhesives from two-part 200 ml, 400 ml and 600 ml plastic cartridges. Available ratios are 1:1 and 2:1. These mixers are attached using a retaining nut, usually supplied with the cartridge. Static mixers are often referred to as nozzles.  Mixers can be used with epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, and a variety of other adhesives and sealants.

Bell mouth inlet, helical static mixer for 200ml, 400ml and 600ml cartridges. Stepped outlet that can be cut back to increase orifice size and increase flow rates.

These mixer nozzles are suitable for 1:1/2:1 ratio mix two-component materials. They have white elements and are constructed of high-grade polypropylene.
