Precision Hand‑Lever Valve System with 500g Pressure Pot

The 5623‑1215 dispensing system is a compact, cost‑effective solution for applying low to medium viscosity fluids with exceptional accuracy and control. It combines the TS5623HU hand‑held diaphragm valve with a 500g pressure pot, allowing operators to dispense materials directly from the original adhesive bottle without pouring, reducing mess, waste and operator exposure.

The TS5623HU valve provides smooth, continuous micro‑shot or bead application. Its gentle hand lever opens the diaphragm to allow fluid flow; releasing the lever instantly closes the valve, stopping the material cleanly with no drips. Flow rate can be increased or reduced using the adjustable stroke screw.

This manual valve does not require a timed pneumatic dispenser - control is entirely by lever action. The pressure pot features a 0–60 PSI adjustable regulator to set the ideal feed pressure for each fluid type.
