PTFE-lined tips for dispensing Cyanoacrylate adhesives. PTFE tube ID of 1.4mm, 0.51mm, 0.3mm and 0.2mm. Recommended for use with adhesives, especially Cyanoacrylate glues as the PTFE tube resists clogging. 1/4", 1/2", 1" or 1.5" tube lengths. Straight tube or 45 degree bend version. Chamfered tube tips for low viscosity liquids. The taper at the end outlet of the tip reduces the surface area a solvent or other low-viscosity fluid can grip, providing better dispensing control. Chamfered tips are ideal for dispensing between delicate surfaces or making exact, repeatable micro-deposits. Tube lengths of 0.25” and 0.5”.
All ESD safe tips are premium grade and due to the ESD graphite additive, all hub colours are black which also makes them suitable for use with UV cure adhesives. These tips remove electro-static discharge. Available as smooth flow tapered, blunt-end straight and precision bent. Our extensive range of dispensing tips are suitable for use on luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels, fittings, dosing valves and luer bottles. All tips feature a female luer lock hub for safe connection at air pressures up to 100 psi and are certified industrial grade safe and silicone free. Tips can be used with most fluids, adhesives, pastes or chemicals.
Tips are colour coded by size, ranging from 14 gauge (1.6mm ID) to 34 gauge (0.08mm ID). Special use tips include Teflon Lined for Cyanoacrylates, flexible Polypro for potting and Brush for spreading, marking and coating. Tapered tips are ideal for thick pastes & gels, Bent tips for getting into edges or seams, all-metal tips for use on robots and Aluminium for solvent based glues.
All dispensing tips twist onto luer lock syringe barrels or fittings or push onto luer slip syringe barrels for a secure attachment. We stock almost all products for a delivery within 48 hours of order or sooner. Products are high quality for precision dispensing and are not medical type needles.
