Our fluid tanks provide a liquid material feed along fluid line tubing to a dispensing valve. Providing steady pressure, no fluid contamination, no evaporation and no excessive fumes. Tanks are available with pressure regulators and gauges for different fluid viscosities. In a range of body material and designs. Chamber sizes from 0.5 litre to 60 litre.
A wide range of pumps and extruders for transferring grease, silicones, adhesives, compounds from pails, tubs and cans to dispensing valves. Manual, pneumatic and electric versions. Pumps are designed to transfer higher viscosity materials that a pressure pot would not handle. Available with a range of connectors and fittings.
Cartridge reservoirs in sizes from 2.5 ounce (60cc,ml) to 32 ounce (960cc,ml). A plastic cartridge body with a range of wiper plungers, caps and seals. All cartridges feature a 1/4" NPT outlet thread for easy attachment of fittings and feed tubing. Used with aluminium retainer feed systems to provide a controlled material feed to dispense valve.
Fluid lines and connection fittings for pressure pots, cartridge reservoirs and dispense valves. Fluid lines are small bore, clear or black tubing with male and female luer lock. Allowing fast twist-on connection to fittings. Available in different lengths, colours and styles. Also available is feed tubing supplied to length in plastic and stainless steel.
We support all pressure pots and tanks with a wide range of accessories including replacement parts and spares. Gasket O-ring seals for tank lids, disposable liners for inside tank chambers, heated jackets with thermostats, mixer elements and agitators. All parts supplied with warranty.
Fluid Reservoirs
