Double Tube All Metal Tips

Offering the widest range of dispensing tips for use with syringe barrels, hand bottles, metering valves and robots. Our tips are certified industrial grade safe for use to 100 PSI air pressures and are certified silicone-free. Luer lock secure twist-on attachment for leak free dispensing.

The ADSS needle series consist of a nickel plated brass luer lock hub to stainless steel precision blunt-end tube. This high quality line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. Available in gauge sizes 14 to 30 and in a range of tube lengths. The twin tube range are available in tube lengths of 1/4", 1/2" and 1".

Suitable for dispensing most fluids, SMT adhesives and solvents. Can be used on robot dispensing systems as the ADSS range of tips are cut high precision for total consistency. Supplied in sealed boxes with labels & batch codes.
