Systems for making repeat deposits

Making repeat shots of materials is simple using a timed dispenser, valve system or benchtop robot. Choosing the right dispenser and components for the material is important. If the liquid is low viscosity watery, it requires a low pressure system. For high viscosity pastes, its a high pressure system. For fluids and adhesives that are reactive to metals and rubbers such as Cyanoacrylates, attention is taken to make sure the components supplied in the box are compatible. Select systems for using syringe barrels, larger cartridges or even larger pressure pots.

Syringe Barrel Timed Bench Dispensers
For small volume dispensing using a syringe barrel of 3cc to 55cc size, a benchtop dispenser is suitable. This allows most materials from watery liquids to thick pastes to be applied in repeat shots each time to reduce mess, waste and inconsistency. Dispensers have adjustable vacuum suck-back to prevent drips or ooze and adjustable timers to set the exact shot size required.

Cartridge Reservoir Timed Bench Dispensers
If larger volumes of liquids or pastes are to be applied, a benchtop dispenser is used but with larger cartridges of 75cc to 960cc instead of the syringe barrels. The dispenser sends a timed pulse to the cartridge for repeat deposits. Thick pastes and silicones can dispense directly from the cartridge using a nozzle or tip. When dispensing watery liquids, we use a dispense valve to control drips.

Metering Valve Pressure Pot Systems
Watery to medium viscosity liquids are fed under pressure along a fluid line to a dispense valve. This air operated valve is pulsed from the timed dispenser so that each shot is the same size. Adjustment to fluid pressure and timer allows micro dots to large deposits to be made consistently. Pressure pots in sizes 500cc to 10 litre. Valves are used to suit the liquid/ adhesive type.

Systems for dispensing Two-Part Materials
Two part epoxy resins, polyurethanes and silicones can be dispensed using a timed dispenser and rod driven pneumatic cartridge guns. The dispenser timer is set and the pulsed air is sent to the stand mounted gun for consistent deposits. Available for 50ml, 200ml and 400ml size dual cartridges with mix ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 or 10:1.

Benchtop Robot Dispensers
All fluids can be dispensed using a robot. Programs can be created quickly to make rapid, repeat deposits to products without mess, waste or inconsistency. Programs are created using the teach pendant and saved to memory for easy access. Robots can dispense watery liquids to thick pastes using a syringe barrel, larger cartridge or with a valve and pressure pot.
Adhesive Dispensing Ltd provide a wide range of equipment options for dispensing almost all assembly fluids - from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators through to thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.
