Non Timed Dispensers
Floor mounted, air-powered dispensers for adhesive and paste application. Featuring adjustable 0-100 psi air regulator to set flow rates. Three way air valve for quick shut-off prevents fluid oozing when pedal is released. Operator controls deposit output. Suited to controlled dispensing of most medium to high viscosity fluids, sealants, RTV, grease, gels, epoxies, mastics, pastes & potting compounds. No timer on these models.
Timed Dispensers
Air-powered timed dispensers to make repeat deposits of watery liquids to thick pastes. Adjust the air pressure to set the flow rate and fluid viscosity, set the timer from small spot to larger shot. Use vacuum suckback for watery liquids. Press the foot switch to activate, hold the barrel like a pen. Fast shots with no mess, waste or adhesive fumes. Dispense adhesives, sealants, pastes & glues. Timer is a simple analog knob.
Advanced Dispensers
Air-powered digital timed dispensers to make exact repeat deposits of watery liquids to thick pastes. Adjust the air pressure to set the flow rate and fluid viscosity, set timer from micro dots to large shots. Vacuum suckback for watery liquids. Advanced features such as teach mode, timer memories, shot counters, self repeat timers and more. Dispense adhesives, sealants, pastes & glues rapidly & easily. Digital display timers.
Air Free Dispensers
Peristaltic pump dispensers transfer low viscosity liquids by pressure displacement applied by a turning rotor against a PTFE tube carrying the material. Usually these pumps are selected because the liquids might be hazardous or difficult to work with where it is preferable to limit any operator exposure such as Cyanoacrylates. Another reason is that peristaltic pumps are completely air free.
Valve Controllers
Digital controllers operate all dispense valves to provide repeat deposits whether by foot pedal manual control or externally linked to a PLC or robot. The valve connects to the controller so it can be pulsed to make dots, beads, potting or spraying. The TS500R controls all valves including air operated, spray and motor driven auger valves. The TS250 and TS350 control all air operated valves but not spray or electric valves.

Dispensers
