Techcon Plungers

Wiper plungers are used with cartridges for dispensing watery liquids to thick pastes. Plungers are designed to ensure all material in the cartridge is dispensed without mess, waste or excessive material fumes. Easy to insert, they use single or double wiping edge blades for smooth applied pressure without air entrapment. Use Techcon plungers with the full range of Techcon cartridges.

Techcon Cartridge Plunger Kits

Cartridge Cap Seals

Secure, reusable sealing solutions for cartridges. Ideal for industrial fluid packaging and dispensing. Threaded cartridge tip caps are reusable seals designed for use with all sizes of Techcon, Semco, and Nordson EFD cartridges. Tip caps feature a 1/4" NPT male thread and wide grip flange ridges. End caps provide an air-tight seal on the wide open end of the cartridge.

EFD Optimum Cartridges

From moulding to packaging, cartridges are guaranteed to be free of silicone contaminants and imperfections. These 6oz and 12oz only cartridge parts are industrial grade safe and are certified silicone-free plastics.

Techkit Mix Cartridges

Reduce assembly time spent hand mixing & weighing two-component epoxies, resins or silicones. The Techkit cartridge offers a unique way to mix & dispense any two fluids of any ratio. Your specified 2-part materials can be shipped in a sealed cartridge ready for mixing and dispensing or empty Techkit cartridges supplied for customers filling.

One Component Nozzles

Nozzles for cartridges and metering valves. Featuring the 1/4" NPT thread. Standard nozzles with variations on outlet hole size. Small orifice for watery liquids or small deposits and larger outlets for thick pastes. Select options for length and ID size. Also ribbon nozzles for spreading a wider, flatter band of adhesive. Select by nozzle slit width. Roller nozzles for even spread coverage of low viscosity fluids. Bent angled nozzles for reach.

Cartridge Retainer Systems

Full cartridge retainer systems supplied with air cap and hose ready to use. Provides a pressured feed of adhesives, liquids and pastes to dispense valves or on an air powered dispenser. Supplied complete with metal or plastic cartridge body, air cap, connector and airline hose. Ready to use as a cartridge reservoir. For pressure dispensing to valves or direct from nozzles.

Cartridge Retainer Spares

Retainers and caps for use with manual and pneumatic guns or to order as part of a reservoir feed system. Provides a pressured feed of adhesives, liquids and pastes to dispense valves or on an air powered dispenser. Retainers can be hand held or stand mounted using our range of accessories.
