Cartridge Plunger Kits
Industrial cartridges and accessories provide a clean, efficient, and cost effective solution for material packaging and dispensing to meet a wide range of production requirements. Cartridges are moulded in a process-controlled silicone-free facility in the United States.
Cartridges are available in 2.5 oz (75 ml), 6 oz (180 ml), 8 oz (237 ml), 12 oz (360 ml), 20 oz (600 ml) as well as 10 oz - 1/10 gallon (310ml/ 325 ml) capacities. All cartridge sizes can be used with hand-held or bench-mounted air-powered dispensing tools or manual dispensing devices. Cartridges are fitted with a 1/4" NPT female thread orifice to accept nozzles and fittings. Cartridges have a maximum operating pressure of 100 PSI (6.9 bar).
Cartridges are moulded in either high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or low-density polyethylene (LDPE). Low-density cartridge versions are recommended for pre-mixed and frozen applications, making the system ideal for pre-packaged materials.
Custom colours, including green and black, are available for use with UV cure and light-sensitive materials.
Wiper plungers that are often used in the cartridges are designed with a wiper leading edge to clean each cartridge thoroughly an eliminate material waste.
These kits contain a cartridge in either natural, black or green and a wiper plunger shipped in the same box.
Cartridges are capable of handling a wide variety of chemical fluids for storage and dispensing and can be easily adapted to both pneumatic and manual application systems. Common one-component materials used are adhesives, silicone sealants, gels, paints, inks, lubricants, epoxies, acrylics, polyurethanes, solder pastes, braze pastes, UV cure adhesives and more.
All cartridge components are supplied in sealed packs with labels and batch codes for full traceability. They are certified industrial-grade and silicone-free. We supply cartridges, plungers, caps, nozzles and fittings in a wide range of pack sizes.
Adhesive Dispensing Ltd provide a wide range of equipment options for dispensing almost all assembly fluids - from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators through to thick pastes, sealants, silicone's, gels and epoxies.
