Cartridge Mixers MFH/ MFHX Series 200ml/ 400ml F System

MFH static mixers are used for dispensing adhesives from two-part 200 ml and 400 ml dual component cartridges. Available ratios are 1:1 and 2:1. These mixers are attached using a retaining nut. Mixers can be used with epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, and a variety of other adhesives and sealants. They have a clear round outer body and white mix elements.

Stepped outlet that can be cut back to increase orifice size or use with separate luer tip adapters. Luer outlets allow a dispensing tip to be simply pushed on. The dual hole is the material entry end of the nozzle and the part that fits over the machine exit manifold. Elements inside the body of the nozzle are manufactured from high grade polyacetal to withstand the pressures of dispensing; static mixer housings are polypro.
