Cartridge Mixers MC MCH Series 200ml/ 400ml/600ml C System

MC static mixer nozzles are used for dispensing adhesives from two-part 200 ml, 400 ml and 600 ml cartridges. Available ratios are 1:1 and 2:1. These mixers are attached using a retaining nut. Mixers can be used with epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, and a variety of other adhesives and sealants. The MC mixers have a clear body and white elements.

MCHX static mixers are used for dispensing adhesives from two-part 200 ml, 400 ml cartridges. Available ratios are 4:1 and 10:1. These mixers are attached using a retaining nut. The MCHX mixers have a clear body and orange elements.

MCQ static mixers are used for dispensing adhesives from two-part 200 ml, 400 ml and 600 ml plastic cartridges. Available ratios are 1:1 and 2:1. These mixers are attached using a retaining nut. The MCQ mixers have a square body and green elements.

MGQ static mixers are used for dispensing adhesives from two-part 200 ml, 400 ml and 600 ml plastic cartridges. Available ratios are 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1. These mixers are attached by simply threading onto the cartridge outlet. The MGQ mixers have a square body and green elements.

Elements inside the body of the nozzle are manufactured from high grade polyacetal to withstand the pressures of metering and mixing machines; static mixer housings are polypropylene.
