Cartridge Mixers MA/ MAH Series 50ml A System
High density polypropylene static mixer nozzles with bayonet attachment for use with all 50ml and 75ml type dual cartridges. Available in a range of diameters and number of mix elements.
Bayonet inlet, helical static mixer for 50ml and 75ml cartridges. Stepped outlet that can be cut back to increase orifice size and increase flow rate or use a luer lock tip adapter and dispense tip for more precision. Luer versions allow a tip to be pushed on. These mixer nozzles are suitable for all two-component materials. Use with 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 or 10:1 ratio cartridges - simply select the correct nozzle to suit the mix ratio as specified below.
Nozzles have white elements for 1:1 or 2:1 ratio and orange elements for 4:1 or 10:1 ratio. Square mixers have green elements and work with all ratios. Mixers are constructed of high grade polypropylene. High quality mixer nozzles for use with twin cartridges. All items are industrial grade safe and silicone free. Bayonet mixers push and twist onto the small cartridge exit end and require no additional collars. Supplied in sealed packs with labels and batch codes. Items held in stock for fast delivery.
