Each robot is capable of interfacing with Adhesive Dispensing Ltd equipment. Systems will dispense virtually any assembly fluid and adhesive or liquid paste, from thin, watery liquids and solvents to thick gels, silicones and brazing pastes. All are applied quickly, accurately to reduce waste, mess and hand fatigue.

Programming is simple with easy to follow English language instructions. Commands are followed and responses entered by a Teach Pendant. A program can be created quickly and simply. All machines include 16 I/O signal interface for connection to tools and controllers. Supplied with a digital pneumatic dispenser and syringe barrel/ tip packs. 

Data transfer and file import to robot teach pendant via USB. Mini SD file memory with high speed 2GB capacity. Automatic gel prevention mode to avoid curing glue setting in the nozzle or tip.
