Our Syringe Barrels
Experience high accuracy and stability with our unique ultra-low draft construction. Made from low friction, industry-compliant polypropylene, our barrels come in three colours:
• Natural: For most generic applications.
• Amber: Provides UV/visible light block up to 520nm while allowing visibility of the material inside.
• Black: For total light block.
Syringe Barrel Kits
Convenience at its best. Our syringe barrels and wiper pistons are available packaged together, with options for white general piston, red flat-walled pistons, blue easy flow pistons or black rubber pistons.
Air Powered Wiper Pistons
Achieve consistent dispensing with our air-powered wiper pistons:
• Standard Wiper Pistons (White): A complete seal for all viscosities - the most versatile for most applications.
• Easy Flow Pistons (Blue): Similar design to the white, requires less pressure and reduces air entrapment.
• Loose Fit Straight Wall Pistons (Red): Prevents stringing and bouncing for high viscosity tacky materials.

Snap-On End Cap Seals

Luer Lock Tip Caps
Seal your syringe barrel tip securely during storage and shipment. Fits all syringe barrel sizes and available in orange, black, white, clear, and blue. Supplied in bulk packs and packs of 50.
Tri-Seal Stand Up Tip Caps
Easily attachable with a large flat base, allowing your syringe barrel to stand upright on the workbench. Available in orange, black, white, green, and blue. Supplied in bulk packs and packs of 50.
Receiver Adapter Head Assemblies
Our adapter head assemblies provide a safe, leak-free connection between time/pressure dispensers and syringe barrel assemblies. Available with 3 or 6 ft. (1 - 2 metres) of flexible polyurethane air tubing, these assemblies include an adapter head with EPR O-ring, tubing, safety clamp, and male quick connector. Supplied individually with 4mm or 6mm OD tube options.
