The AD series bench top dispensing robots are a cost effective solution combining high level programming technology with precision placement engineering. The AD series are a compact, heavy duty design, which are easily programmed using simple step-by-step instructions. A robust cast construction provides additional stability when working to fine tolerances. Systems are supplied with a 310ml silicone tube retainer sleeve and air cap, a range of nozzles and dispensing tips. This system is setup to run standard RTV silicone, sealants, glues and gels.
Programming is simple with easy to follow english language instructions. Commands are followed and responses entered by a Teach Pendant. An LCD display prompts the user for a data input and once confirmed, automatically displays the next instruction. By this method a program can be created quickly and simply. All machines include 4 I/O signal interface for connection to tools and controllers. Supplied with a timed pneumatic dispenser, I/O cable, teach pendant, power cables, airline hoses, 310ml aluminium retainer with air cap, nozzles, tips, user guide.
