Liquid Dispenser with Digital Timer, Vacuum Suck-back and LCD Display
The AD1001 digital liquid dispenser, with its versatile design makes it perfectly suited for a wide variety of dispensing applications, from microdot deposits to large potting and filling. Suitable for all types of fluids, it includes a suck-back feature to ensure low viscosity liquids do not drip .
AD1001 provides micro controlled timer programmable from 0.01 to 99.99 seconds. All set up hoses and fittings, along with barrels and tips, make the unit ready to use right out of the box. Just select the size of syringe system supplied with the dispenser. Other sizes can be ordered separately.
An adjustable timer allows repeat shots. You can save up to 10 timed programs for easy access. The timer can be switched off to steady mode for making beads. And moved to cycle for self cycling repeat shots (without having to press the foot switch). The wait time between shots can be easily adjusted. Ideal for automated applications.
This dispenser shows air pressure in PSI, BAR or MPa. Higher levels of control are achieved with a digital air display.
An adjustable vacuum provides suck-back to the tip to prevent watery liquids from dripping. We recommend the use of an inline filter on the air adapter to the syringe when dispensing low viscosity fluids. The LCD display shows the timer which can be adjusted for repeat deposits, down to micro-dots. This compact dispenser sits on the bench and requires an air input from any compressor or factory mains supply.
