The model 900-80 loads a barrel directly from a 8oz (237cc/ml) Semco PPG, Techcon or Nordson EFD cartridge. This barrel loader is connected to an air regulator and set to a pressure suitable for the material but less than 100psi (7 bar). A manual lever valve between the cartridge and the syringe allows fluid flow and is switched off when the material reaches the desired level. This system does not require connection to a dispenser. It will run directly from a compressed air supply.

The barrel attachment assembly is threaded to accept all luer lock barrels. This version of loader has a metal body retainer and cap. If used with a foot pedal dispenser, the lever valve is removed and the dispenser controls ON/OFF mode.
