The 700 Series dispensing components are engineered for accuracy, repeatability and productivity, providing safe, clean and leak-free dispensing of adhesives, sealants, silicones, epoxies, gels and other assembly fluids. All components are silicone-free, chloride-free and fully compatible with industry-standard pneumatic dispensers, syringe guns and manual plungers.
Available in 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc sizes, the 700 Series is widely used across manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, automotive and general industrial assembly.
Syringe Barrels
700 Series barrels feature a unique ultra-low draft inner diameter, delivering exceptional accuracy and stability during dispensing. Manufactured from low-friction polypropylene, they ensure smooth piston travel and consistent material flow.
Colour Options
- Natural (Clear) - for general applications
- Amber Tint - UV/visible light block up to 520nm while still allowing visibility of material
- Black Opaque - total light block for UV-sensitive materials

Syringe Barrel Kits
For convenience, syringe barrels can be supplied as kits with matching pistons (not inserted). Available piston options include:
- White wiper pistons - standard tight-fit
- Red straight-wall pistons - reduced stringing for high-viscosity materials
- Black rubber pistons -– flexible sealing for varied viscosities
Kits are supplied in bulk quantities or packs of 50.
Air Powered Wiper Pistons
Engineered for consistent, controlled dispensing:
- Blue Easy-Flow Pistons – require less pressure, prevent air entrapment, ideal for medium-viscosity materials
- White Tight-Fit Pistons – provide a complete seal, best for low-viscosity fluids
- Red Straight-Wall Pistons – prevent stringing and bouncing, ideal for high-viscosity pastes and gels
All pistons are made from polyethylene.
Snap-On End Cap Seals
Designed to seal the large end of the syringe barrel, preventing contamination and leakage during storage or shipment.

Luer Lock Tip Caps
Used to seal the barrel outlet during filling, storage or transport. Fits all syringe barrel sizes.

Designed with a large flat base allowing the syringe barrel to stand upright on a workbench.

Receiver Adapter Head Assemblies
Adapter head assemblies provide the air connection between time/pressure dispensers and syringe barrels.
