The 100A‑600A pneumatic sachet/sausage gun is a high‑quality industrial applicator designed for dispensing 400ml and 600ml foil sachets and sausage packs. With a robust metal threaded retainer and ergonomic pistol‑grip handle, this dispenser provides smooth, controlled application of sealants, adhesives, mastics, greases, gels and other paste‑grade materials.
The gun connects to an airline via a 1/4" NPT male thread (optional air hose available) and features a built‑in adjustable air regulator, allowing operators to set the optimum flow rate for different material viscosities. A wiper piston is supplied to push evenly against the sachet, retracting easily when empty, along with a sachet‑type nozzle for immediate use.
