Adhesive Dispensing Ltd branded 900 series premium dispensing syringe barrels are silicone and chloride- free and designed to work with dispensing equipment - either manually or on a pneumatic dispenser. The syringe barrels are made from low friction polypropylene to ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity. Our components are supplied with a no-quibble guarantee against fault or defect.

Features a double Helix Luer lock for secure dispense tip attachment. Supplied in sealed packs. Pistons available for all barrel sizes as well as end caps and adapter assemblies. Natural (clear) for most generic applications. Maximum operating pressure is 100 psi (6.9bar). Supplied in a sealed pack of 50, 500 or 1000 barrels.

These barrels are supplied ready to insert a wiper piston once liquid or paste is placed inside. Use white wiper piston for general, blue easy flow for less restrictive fit and red flat wall for string, viscous gels. All products are industrial grade and ship direct from stock from our UK warehouse.
