Cartridge Sets for Two-Component Adhesives

The dual system is available in 50ml, 200ml and 400ml sizes. All 3 systems - 50ml, 200ml and 400ml, are available in 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 mix ratios and take a variety of mixer nozzles. Both components are stored in the two chambers of the dual cartridge system and are then dispensed simultaneously through the static mixer, where thorough mixing takes place.

The static mixer nozzles are available in different sizes with different volumes and a variety of mixing elements. One of the main benefits of the system is that not all of the contents of the cartridge have to be mixed at a time. The cartridge can be easily closed and stored for further use if not fully used, without the material curing. Packs include the cartridge, wiper pistons and cap seals. Compatible with industry standard applicator guns.

Dual cartridges are supplied in packs of 50 or 500 and include tip cap seal pre-attached and the correct ratio pistons. The piston type with this kit are the air vented type with inner cap seal plug. This is a 4:1 ratio cartridge set only.

Cartridge sets are supplied unassembled. Pistons are easily inserted into the cartridge once adhesive is poured in. Each piston features a vent hole with push-in cap. This allows air to escape once the piston is pushed down onto the level of the adhesive. Once the piston is in, the push cap is pressed down to seal the hole. These cartridges are the bayonet type "A" System. Use mixer nozzles "MA" with these parts.
