Syringe Sets for Two-Component Adhesives

The B system dual system is available in 25ml and 50ml sizes. All sizes are available in 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 mix ratios and take a variety of mixer nozzles. Resin and catalyst are stored in the two chambers of the dual cartridge system and are then dispensed simultaneously through the static mixer, where thorough mixing takes place.

The static mixer nozzles are available in different sizes with different volumes and a variety of mixing elements. One of the main benefits of the system is that not all of the contents of the cartridge have to be mixed at a time. The cartridge can be easily closed and stored for further use, without the material curing. Packs include the cartridge, wiper pistons and cap seals. Compatible with industry standard guns. This version is the 50ml Oval (rounded) end shape 10:1 ratio mix.

Dual cartridges are supplied in different pack sizes and include tip cap seals pre-attached with the correct number and ratio pistons. Sets are supplied ready to use. This part code is for the dual syringes, pistons and caps in the same box.
