Product Description
400011 is a dual cartridge dispensing system in a 400ml volume size with a 1:1 mix ratio by volume for 2K materials. The main resin and hardener are stored in the two chambers, they are kept apart and fed into the top of the mixer nozzle. Material is fed simultaneously into the nozzle where dynamic mixing takes place. Polypropylene self-venting wiper pistons are included in the kit. Used with bell mouth static mixer nozzles or screw type threaded mixer nozzles.
Benefits of the system is guaranteed mixing at the correct ratio every time. Controlled mixing and dispensing without added air entrapment. Cleaner than manual mixing and higher levels of dispensing control. And less waste as the cartridge contents do not need to be used in one go and material left inside can be used at a later date with a new mixer nozzle. This cartridge is known as the C-System.
Packaging
Dual cartridges are priced and supplied in packs of 50 and include a nozzle seal, threaded collar as well as 100 of the pistons.
Static Mixer Nozzles
Nozzles are available in a wide range of different lengths and mix elements. 400011 dual cartridges can be used with all mixer nozzles designed for 1:1 ratio. This includes the MCH, MCQ, MGH and MGQ Series. Bell mouth mixers push on and the threaded cartridge nut secures. MG series mixer nozzles screw-onto the cartridge housing without requiring the nut.

Cartridges are compatible with 1:1 ratio manual, pneumatic and battery rechargeable dual dispenser guns.
