2-Part Dual-Component 2:1 Ratio 400ml Cartridge, Static Mixers, Accessories and Dispenser Gun Starter Kit
The kit includes cartridges with air-vented pistons, nozzle nut and re-sealable cap. They are ready for filling with material, storing and dispensing. All cartridges and mixers are industrial grade safe and certified silicone free. The cartridge design fit using the C-System which is push on and secure with nut or threaded using MG series mixers. All parts are manufactured by Medmix Sulzer Micpac in the UK, the industry leader in 2-part fluid packaging and dispensing.
Cartridges and mixers are rated up to 100 PSI maximum pressure should pneumatic equipment be used. The 2-part design keeps the two adhesive parts separate (resin & catalyst), which only meet as they enter the mixing nozzle. The two parts then dynamically mix to produce a blended material. These cartridges are ideal for storing and applying 2-part adhesives that use a 2:1 mix ratio by volume, where precise metering and mixing is needed.
Mixer nozzles offer a variety of diameters and elements. Suitable for low to medium viscosity materials, fast and slow curing.
The dispenser gun in this kit is the Adhesive Dispensing AD400-2. This is a lightweight reinforced plastic frame and trigger providing a 14:1 mechanical force ratio which is ideal for low to medium viscosity materials.
