Adhesive Dispensing Ltd branded 900 series premium dispensing syringe barrel components are designed to work with dispensing equipment - either manually or on a pneumatic dispenser. Our 900 Series dispensing components are silicone and chloride free. AD900 Series dispensing components ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity. Component sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc.

Pistons ensure that the pressure is evenly spread across the fluid surface to provide consistent dispensing. Wiper seal pistons prevent dripping and eliminate material waste by wiping the syringe barrel wall clean as fluid is dispensed. Maximum operating pressure is 100psi (6.9bar).

Straight Wall Pistons (red) are recommended for reduced stringing and "bouncing" with high viscosity materials. Supplied in sealed packs of 50, 500 or 1000. These products ship direct from stock. Our products are supplied with a no-quibble guarantee against fault or defect.

These pistons are supplied ready to insert into the barrel once liquid or paste is placed inside. Barrels available in natural clear, amber UV tint and black UV block. All products are industrial grade and ship direct from stock from our UK warehouse.
