A syringe filling system from 32oz (960cc) cartridges to any size syringe barrel. Material is transferred under pressure from cartridge nozzle end to syringe tip end. This eliminates air entrapment and provides for a simple filling station. System includes a retainer, cap, base stand, rod, 32oz cartridge with wiper plunger, threaded syringe adapter fittings, selection of syringe barrels, wiper pistons and cap seals.

Ideal for use with sealants, silicones, RTVs, mastics, grease and other liquids. Also available in different size cartridges for larger batch syringe filling. Use these systems with a 0-100 psi dispenser to provide a controlled air pulse for consistent volume filling of syringe barrels each time.
