Adhesive Dispensing Ltd branded 900 series premium dispensing syringe barrel components are designed to work with dispensing equipment - either manually or on a pneumatic dispenser. Our 900 Series dispensing components are silicone and chloride free. AD900 Series dispensing components ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity. Component sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc.

Pistons ensure that the pressure is evenly spread across the fluid surface to provide consistent dispensing. Wiper seal pistons prevent dripping and eliminate material waste by wiping the syringe barrel wall clean as fluid is dispensed. Spread the pressure evenly across, using a piston for consistent dispensing of even high viscosity material. Tight fit wiper pistons (white) provide a complete seal for low viscosity fluid.

Maximum operating pressure is 100psi (6.9 bar). Wiper pistons are a tighter fit for use with low to medium viscosity fluids or with mechanical devices such as our manual syringe gun to help slow down leakage past the double wiping edges.
