What is the best precision dispensing tip to use for silicone and sealants? The answer is the use of smooth flow tapered dispensing tips. The reason is because the smooth flow design reduces fluid pressure needed to dispense thick gels and pastes.

High quality, smooth flow tapered dispensing tip for controlled application of pastes, silicones, sealants, RTV's, epoxies, grease and other medium to high viscosity fluids. Double helix locking thread for safety, coloured for UV protection. Lavender colour. 0.006" - 0.15 mm ID. Safe for use up to 100 psi. Silicone free.

This tip features a smooth flowing taper design that allows for very high viscosity pastes and compounds to be dispensed with lower pressures required. Suitable for use with syringe barrels, cartridges (using tip adapter) and with all metering valves.
