The 100A‑25 pneumatic cartridge gun is a high‑quality industrial applicator designed for dispensing 2.5oz (75cc) cartridges including Semco, EFD and Techcon formats. Its metal threaded retainer and ergonomic pistol‑grip handle provide strength, stability and comfort during continuous production use.

This applicator is ideal for controlled beads, lines, fills and potting of adhesives, sealants, RTV silicones, greases, gels, mastics, long‑cure epoxies and other single‑component materials. The gun connects to an airline via a 1/4" NPT threaded fitting and includes a built‑in adjustable air regulator for precise flow control.

A hook ring is integrated into the body for use with counter‑balance systems, reducing operator fatigue. Threaded nozzles or male luer‑lock adapters can be attached to the retainer for compatibility with standard needle tips. All A‑series metal retainers fit this gun and thread securely to the handle for an airtight seal.
