These high‑quality pneumatic dispenser applicators are used across many industries for the quiet, controlled application of sealants, RTVs, silicones, adhesives, potting compounds, epoxies and other assembly fluids. Designed for professional production environments, repair work and in‑field service, they provide smooth, repeatable dispensing with minimal operator effort.
Pneumatic guns are compatible with disposable cartridges as well as Techkit® and Semkit® multi‑component cartridges. Retainers are available to fit standard 2.5, 6, 8 and 12 ounce cartridge sizes. Air hoses for operating the guns can be ordered separately.
Durable Industrial Construction
Each pneumatic dispenser gun is built from durable metal and engineered plastic components designed to withstand the rigors of continuous use in demanding production environments. The metal retainers attach to the valve assembly using a quick‑connect bayonet lock, allowing fast, secure cartridge replacement without downtime.
For confined or restricted locations, the handle can be easily removed to provide additional clearance and improved manipulation. Cartridges accept standard nozzles with a 1/4" NPT thread for controlled bead, line and potting applications.
