ESD DISPENSING TIPS
ESD safe dispensing tips eliminate the dangers of high charges that can be generated by standard dispensing needles. These premium grade dispensing tips are offered in straight, angled bend, and sooth flow tapered styles.
All ESD tips are premium and due to the ESD graphite additive, all hubs are black colour. Available in boxes of 50 or bulk value packs of 1000. Please contact us for additional lengths and gauge sizes. Lead time is around 2-3 weeks for this new range. Some parts are available quicker. Tips are silicone-free materials and industrial grade safe to 100 psi air pressure.
Tips are designed to work with all dispensing equipment - either manually, on a pneumatic dispenser, with metering valves or XYZ robots. High performance tips suitable for dispensing most fluids, pastes, adhesives, lubricants and solvent based liquids.
Features a tapered internal design where the stainless steel tube meets the inside of the hub to improve material flow and reduce restriction and back pressure. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids and pastes. The tube does not protrude up into the hub which will guarantee easy flow.
Components ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity. Tips are in gauge sizes from 14 to 30 (1.60mm ID to 0.16mm ID) and in tube lengths of 0.25" (6.35mm), 0.50" (12.70mm), 1.0" (25.4mm). Hubs have a UV filter to reduce the affects of light.
Tips are supplied in sealed boxes of 50 for easy stacking or in bulk value packs of 1000. Boxes and packs are labelled with batch codes for traceability. We ship these parts globally to manufacturers, assemblers who demand the very highest build quality and the best value.
